splits

I am still so amazed and excited about the whole marathon experience.
I am looking forward to training for Boston and revamping my actual LACK of PROGRAM.
AND the fact that this will be planned and not SPONTANEOUS like the May marathon.
I have to revisit many training quirks and realize that following a plan will HELP me! I have to give up control!!!!
So here are my splits from the marathon:
Mile 1- 8:24
Mile 2- 8:02
Mile 3- 8:09
Mile 4- 7:55
Mile 5- 7:57
Mile 6- 7:57
Mile 7- 8:03
Mile 8- 8:10
Mile 9- 8:04
Mile 10- 8:10
Mile 11- 7:50
Mile 12- 8:11
Mile 13- 8:07
Mile 14- 8:24
mile 15- 8:26
Mile 16- 8:14
Mile 17- 8:18
Mile 18- 8:15
Mile 19- 8:18
Mile 20- 8:25
Mile 21- 8:22
Mile 22- 8:29
Mile 23- 8:26
Mile 24- 8:30
Mile 25- 8:48
Mile 26- 7:39

Then the Garmin timer stopped at that and the distance kept going.
